About:

Our client is a Dubai-based luxury scent company with spirituality, sustainability and giving back at the heart of its brand. Founded and run by women, the company creates signature scent collections from its Dubai atelier, with a flagship presence at Dubai Mall alongside other retail locations, partner outlets, kiosks, pop-ups and private-client services.

We are looking for a commercially minded Digital E-commerce Lead to take ownership of the client's Shopify e-commerce channel.

The role combines e-commerce operations, merchandising, commercial performance, customer journey optimisation and digital growth, working closely with both Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Own the day-to-day management of the Shopify website.
• 
  Manage products, collections, pricing and online merchandising.
• 
  Coordinate product launches and online campaigns.
• 
  Monitor e-commerce revenue against targets.
• 
  Track conversion rate, AOV, traffic and product performance.
• 
  Analyse online customer behaviour and identify opportunities for improvement.
• 
  Improve the online customer journey and conversion rate.
• 
  Develop and implement CRO initiatives.
• 
  Coordinate online promotions with Sales.
• 
  Work with Marketing on campaigns, content, CRM and email requirements.
• 
  Ensure website content and product information are accurate.
• 
  Monitor stock availability and ensure accurate online inventory.
• 
  Coordinate website updates and merchandising changes.
• 
  Identify opportunities to increase online revenue.
• 
  Prepare weekly e-commerce performance reports.
• 
  Monitor competitors and relevant market trends.
• 
  Work with internal teams to resolve website and customer issues.

Candidate Profile

• 
  3–6+ years of e-commerce experience.
• 
  Strong hands-on Shopify experience.
• 
  Experience managing an e-commerce revenue channel.
• 
  Strong understanding of online merchandising and CRO.
• 
  Experience with analytics and e-commerce reporting.
• 
  Luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion or premium lifestyle experience preferred.
• 
  Commercially driven and data-oriented.
• 
  Strong understanding of customer journey and digital conversion.
• 
  Comfortable working across both Marketing and Sales.
• 
  Highly organised, hands-on and entrepreneurial.
• 
  Strong problem-solving skills.
