We're seeking for an experienced Digital Document Specialist to join our team on the Ōtaki to North Levin project. The site office will be based closer to Levin
This role is the system Gate Keeper of all projects related documentation. With your keen eye for detail, you’ll be controlling documents such as reports, drawings, financial records and other confidential project-related electronic documents and correspondence with multi external parties.
This is a crucial role for our projects ensuring confidentiality along with accuracy in sharing information with the right people and in the right way.
In addition to the above you will:
On-the-job and ongoing training for business processes and the EDRMS will be provided, you’ll be well supported by a wider Digital Document & Systems Team.
About the project: The Ōtaki to North Levin project focuses on upgrading the transport link along State Highway 1 (SH1) between Ōtaki and North Levin to improve road safety, reduce congestion, enhance travel efficiency, and support regional economic growth. It is one of the Government’s Roads of National Significance and is being undertaken by two Alliances – the north (delivered by partners Fulton Hogan, HEB, WSP and Aurecon) and south (delivered by partners Downer, McConnell Dowell, Beca and Tonkin + Taylor).
This exciting new four-lane 24.8km highway project will dramatically improve safety and resilience, providing better access to walking and cycling facilities for those moving around or through the Horowhenua and Kāpiti districts.
