Purpose of the Job
Responsible for bringing digital creative concepts to life through expert front-end development. You will build and maintain web experiences that are on-brand, highly accessible, and optimized for performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Development: Develop responsive web pages, email templates, and microsites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Front-End Implementation: Translate design mockups (Figma/Adobe XD) into functional, high-performance web experiences.
• Testing + Compliance: Conduct thorough testing across different browsers and devices, ensuring strict adherence to WCAG accessibility standards.
• CMS Management: Provide support for Content Management System updates (ideally Adobe Experience Manager - AEM).
• SEO + Optimization: Implement SEO best practices and optimize site performance for various devices.
Knowledge, Skills +Experience
• 3+ years as a Front-End Developer, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related technical field.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS (Sass/Less), JavaScript, and familiarity with version control (Git).
• Ability to work within design tools (Figma/Adobe XD) to extract assets and specifications.
• Upper-Intermediate English required.
