About the Creative Powerhouse team
We’re a diverse group of graphic designers, 3D artists, photo shoot production experts and copywriters, working together to create all content across Tylko’s channels.
What you'll be doing:
Inspire & lead: cultivate a creative environment, mentor the graphic design team, and keep the ideas flowing
Defining digital visual style: shape Tylko’s digital aesthetic with bold, fresh designs that are unmistakably us
Collaborate for excellence: work closely with the Creative Director, UI/UX teams and external artists to deliver designs that are as functional as they are beautiful
Setting the standards: develop design guidelines for motion and graphic design, ensuring consistency across all platforms
Experiment & innovate: explore new tools and creative techniques to keep Tylko’s digital presence fresh and forward-thinking

What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in leading design teams; demonstrating senior-level ownership, strategic vision and professional maturity
A standout portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and motion design
Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Framer, and modern animation tools for UI/UX, motion, and interactive design.
A flair for creating graphic languages that are fresh and forward-thinking
A deep understanding of lifestyle and culture with an eye for trend-setting visuals
Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire the creative team
Fluent in both Polish and English (for smooth collaboration in our global environment)
Ability to work in our Warsaw office 3 days a week

Experience working with e-commerce or online brands
A passion for using AI tools to enhance creativity and streamline workflows
