As Digital Design Lead, you will be part of our ambitious design team developing and deploying outstanding digital design, innovative experiences and design systems for some of the Nordics’ leading brands in B2B.
You will play a central role in leading design projects, ensuring strong visual crafts and innovative concepts while fostering collaboration across disciplines. In close partnership with strategists, UX designers, business consultants, and developers, you will create solutions that balance customer needs, business goals, and cutting-edge technology.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Take ownership of design direction and excellent design craftsmanship.
Guide digital designers toward high-quality outcomes.
Act as a thought leader, bringing fresh perspectives and inspiring colleagues with new trends and creative approaches.
Ensure design consistency across platforms, channels, and touchpoints.
Translate research, strategy, and project goals into compelling visual and interactive solutions.
Develop and evolve interactive prototypes, digital brand identities, and scalable design systems.
Contribute actively to our design culture by mentoring colleagues and helping shape the future of design at IMPACT.
Be curious, challenge the given, experiment with AI and continuously strive for innovation.

As Digital Design Lead, you combine strong design craft with leadership and collaboration skills. You are passionate about creating and evolving innovative digital experiences and thrive when you can set direction and raise the creative bar. Working with AI is a natural part of how you work and how you shape future client solutions.
We expect you to have:
A portfolio that showcases visually strong, well-crafted digital design solutions across platforms.
Solid experience with relevant software (for example Figma, Figma Make Webflow, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
Comfortable integrating AI into the creative process and clients solutions
Strong presentation and communication skills - you can sell ideas and build trust with clients and colleagues.
A structured and systemized approach with attention to detail.
The ability to navigate agile projects and adapt when needed.
+8 years of experience in digital design, ideally from an agency or consultancy environment.
Experience in leading design projects or mentoring others.
Interaction and/or motion skills are an advantage.
Curiosity for new design trends and emerging technologies.
