Location: Sandton, Gauteng
An opportunity exists for an experienced and highly organised Digital Delivery Lead to join a dynamic team in Sandton. This role is ideal for a professional with strong Business Analysis and Project Management experience who thrives on coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering business and technology initiatives from concept through to successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements
Drive end-to-end project execution across analysis, development, testing, release readiness, and go-live activities
Facilitate delivery governance, stakeholder communication, RAID management, and executive reporting
Elicit, document, and manage business requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria
Coordinate UAT readiness, defect management, testing activities, and sign-off processes
Manage scope changes, risks, issues, and dependencies within established governance frameworks
Ensure operational readiness, deployment coordination, and post-implementation reviews
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management roles
Proven experience delivering business and technology projects within structured governance environments
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
Experience managing UAT readiness and go-live activities
Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Ability to produce executive-level reporting and governance documentation
Advantageous Qualifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent Project Management certification
BABOK, Six Sigma, or Business Analysis certification
