Responsibilities

Due to our continued growth, our New York City office is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead who will drive digital design strategy and execution across infrastructure projects, ensuring consistent BIM workflows, high‑quality model deliverables, and effective use of AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review the current status of how data is being collected, stored, processed, analyzed and transferred to the client. Identify plans of action to make us more efficient and push us to the forefront of what technology can do in our industry.
  • Review existing projects for opportunities to sell the client on new services to enhance the projects.
  • Identify new opportunities to provide BIM services to external project teams in the NYC metro area.
  • Lead digital delivery planning and ensure compliance with BIM standards and client requirements.
  • Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans, coordination protocols, and QA/QC processes.
  • Oversee Civil 3D production, including templates, styles, corridor modeling, and data management.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary model integration, and clash detection.
  • Maintain digital delivery guidelines covering naming conventions, file structures, metadata, and automation.
  • Train and mentor teams on BIM processes, Civil 3D best practices, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Support project managers in defining digital deliverables and monitoring progress.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend workflow improvements.
  • Identify a long term plan listing out long term needs (staff, programs, etc) that will be essential for achieving the above responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Architecture, or related field.
  • Strong experience with BIM for infrastructure, Civil 3D, and model coordination tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure modeling and digital delivery frameworks.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Compensation: $110k-$145k

Base pay offered for this New York based role may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
