Job Summary

  • Shift Schedule: 1st Shift (8 Hours)
  • Rate of Pay: $21 - $25

The Digital Cut Operator is responsible for supporting manufacturing and production operations by operating digital equipment, preparing materials, completing tasks, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This role works in a fast-paced production environment and plays a key part in delivering high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on time.

  • Operate and monitor digital production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.

· Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.

  • Inspect products throughout the production process and identify quality issues before shipment.
  • Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, materials, and output as required.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve workflow challenges.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  • Assist in other production-related duties as assigned.

Production employees may work across multiple areas of the operation, including machine operation, material preparation, finishing, packaging, quality inspection, and general production support.

Requirements

Critical Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to color check and match prints.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, fabrication, print production, warehouse, or machine operation environments preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, reach, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive movements.
  • Ability to safely work around moving machinery and production equipment.
  • Ability to maintain visual attention to detail and product quality.
