What this role is all about:

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Infobip is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Digital Customer Success Intern.
What you'll do:
Proactively working on hand-raisers and inquiries from all Self-Service customers to ensure their high-quality experience, resulting in their satisfaction and further growth.
Building strong relationships and generating new business opportunities for the Infobip sales team.
Educating the customer base on the nuances of the product to unlock value
Finding ways to increase user adoption/activation.
Actively suggesting how to improve UX on Self Service.
Retaining current customers and analyzing their consumption.
Having an excellent overview of business, competition, and latest industry trends.
Engaging and collaborating with different teams to optimize Self-service workflow.
Creating flows and resolving frictions in Self-service by working closely with Product team.
What makes you a strong fit:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Administration, Economics, or a related field and you can work full-time.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problems.
A proficient user of Excel.
Highly fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Strong networking & relationship building skills.
Proficiency in any additional language is considered advantageous, especially in French and Italian.
Interest in working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
Proactively engages customers with a consultative, solution-orientated approach in discovering new opportunities.
You can work independently and as part of a team.
You are familiar with AI tools.
You are available to start with internship on July 6th, 2026.
Internship timeline:
CV screening & Interview with Talent Acquisition (During April & May)
Recruitment task (home assignments) (During May & June)
Interview with Hiring team and selection process feedback (June)
Start of internship program (July 6th)
Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (July 6th - 10th)
Working with the mentor and within a team (July - January)
End of the Internship program (January)
