We are looking for a:

Digital Creative Director

We are looking for a Digital Creative Director who understands that modern creativity lives inside platforms, systems, and behaviours, not just campaigns.

This role requires the campaign instincts of a seasoned creative, combined with the digital depth to build ideas that live across social ecosystems, CRM journeys, content systems, and interactive brand experiences.

You will be a key creative lead within Ogilvy One, responsible for translating human insight into digitally-native creative platforms that scale across customer journeys and evolve over time.

Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Platform Development
    Lead the creation of ideas that function as creative platforms, not just campaign bursts. Develop concepts that can scale across social, CRM, content ecosystems, and brand experiences.

  2. Ecosystem Thinking
    Design creative ideas that live naturally across multiple touchpoints including social, owned platforms, CRM, and digital environments. Ensure work is designed for participation and interaction.

  3. Strategy Translation
    Partner with strategists to turn consumer insight and brand truths into clear creative territories that teams can build into powerful campaigns and systems.

  4. Digital Behaviour Understanding
    Develop ideas rooted in real digital behaviour. Understand how audiences interact with content, communities, and platforms.

  5. Creative Quality & Craft
    Drive high standards of creative thinking, storytelling, and execution across all digital work.

  6. Technology as a Creative Tool
    Champion the use of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and new digital platforms as creative enablers.

  7. Mentorship
    Develop and mentor creative teams, helping them grow into stronger digital thinkers and platform-native creatives.

  8. Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration
    Work closely with design, strategy, CRM, data, and technology teams to bring ideas to life.

  9. Client Leadership
    Present ideas confidently to senior clients and guide conversations that push the work to its highest potential.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in creative roles, with at least 2 years in a Creative Director role.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong campaign thinking and digitally-native creative work.
  • Experience developing work across social platforms, CRM ecosystems, and integrated digital campaigns.
  • Understanding of platform behaviour, online communities, and digital culture.
  • Experience working alongside strategy, data, and technology teams.
  • Curiosity toward AI, emerging technologies, and new creative formats.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling ability.
  • Degree in Advertising, Communication Design, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
