
Are you a hands-on digital storyteller with a newsroom instinct, someone who can spot uplifting and inspiring stories and create engaging quality content across the LEGO Group’s own news channels?
The LEGO Group is one of the world’s most reputable and well-loved brands, and we are looking for an experienced, hands-on digital contentmanagerto help make this happen. This isa creatorrole. You will develop content, from first draft to final publish, working closely with communications colleagues and subject matter experts to source and shape stories across product and manufacturing innovation, workplace and factory investment stories, sustainability, and leadership storytelling.
The role reports to the head of Corporate Communications. You will collaborate closely with colleagues as well as the wider Corporate Brand Communications team.Together, you will deliver the editorial calendar and day-to-day content creation.

The role is based on our London HUBlocatedat 8-10 New Fetter Lane. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly.

Develop corporate content from idea to publication:find strong angles and turn ideas into clear, audience-first storytelling across the LEGO.com Newsroom ,LinkedIn andothersocial channels, with content built for each platform.
Run a disciplined editorial cadence:deliver at pace without compromising quality, accuracy, or judgement.
Collaborate with speed andrigourpartner with colleagues and experts across the business to gather inputquickly, manage approvals, andmaintainhigh standardsofaccuracy, LEGO tone of voice and governance.
Drive reach and engagement:Applypractical SEO,GEOand platformoptimisationto increase reach and engagement.
Usedatainsights to improveperformance:track results and turn learnings into better formats, visualsand channel choices.

Outstanding writer(native-level English, written and spoken) able to move effortlessly between short-form copy, longer posts/articles, video scriptsand executive voice.
Data-informed creativity experience using data to inform content creation that isoptimisedfor platform algorithms and LLMs.
Strongreputational judgement understanding of what’s sensitive andhigh riskand able to shape content to protect and strengthen brand trust.
