Bring your digital expertise to an industry leader where your work can make a meaningful impact. We are seeking a talented Digital Coordinator to support EFI Global’s website, digital marketing operations and online brand experience. This role will manage day-to-day website content and updates, support digital campaigns and CRM operations, assist with SEO and performance optimization, and help maintain accurate, consistent digital content and assets across platforms. This is a fully remote position, providing flexibility while remaining connected to a highly collaborative team. Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To manage communications and brand experience projects and initiatives providing strategic direction to team members.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creates compelling graphic design, digital design and overall user experiences that are visually engaging and on-brand to drive colleague and client engagement.
  • Manages communications and brand experience projects and initiatives to deliver on-brand solutions that are based on best practices and meets the needs of the timeline requirements.
  • Supports the communications and user experience team with written and visual presentations to package formalized stories, concepts, ideas and solutions.
  • Provides strategic direction and oversight for team members regarding the ideal solutions for communications and user experiences that will meet the project objectives and drive engagement.
  • Prepares written communications that are clear, articulate, on-brand, simplified and that inspire the desired call-to-action and engagement.
  • Participates in brainstorming sessions, key milestone meetings and status meetings with the team to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and team/business priorities.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
  • Travels as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

Bachelor’s degree in communications from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience

Six (6) years of communications experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
