About the Role

Aldo Product Services (APS), the wholesale division of the Aldo Group, is responsible for all sales of the ALDO brand outside of the company's owned and operated channels in North America, as well as its expanding portfolio of licensed brands.

As a Digital Coordinator, you will support the execution of product setup and digital merchandising initiatives, ensuring high-quality, accurate product content across dropship and third-party retail accounts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Centralize, maintain, and manage product information and digital assets for upload across strategic retail partner accounts.
  • Perform regular audits and quality assurance checks of product listings on partner websites to ensure content accuracy, completeness, and product availability.
  • Support the development and maintenance of seasonal product listing tools, templates, and product attribute documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Digital teams to ensure timely delivery of product information and assets.
  • Monitor and follow up on product setup with retail partners to ensure collections are launched on schedule.
  • Troubleshoot product setup and content issues that may affect timely or accurate product launches.
  • Investigate the root causes of customer or partner requests and support the implementation of corrective actions in collaboration with the team manager.
  • Maintain and analyze B2B platforms, providing recommendations to optimize product assortment, promotions, and digital campaigns.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and digital merchandising best practices, and contribute ideas for continuous process improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on key business metrics, including sales performance, sell-through rates, product performance, and assortment insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, product coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to improving processes and implementing best practices.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering quality work under tight deadlines
