This is your opportunity to learn about programmatic media, looking to excel in a fast-moving industry. The purpose of this role is to assist in the implementation and delivery of digital audience targeted programmatic media campaigns as well as deliver administration support to sales managers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Share expertise in collating campaign reporting by working with the Trading team and providing administrative assistance and support for the sales team
  • Develop and support solutions that deliver high quality proposals and templates to support the sales process
  • Collaborate and connect with Account Management and AdOperations to ensure successful end to end campaign execution
  • Understand and agree booking, implementation and delivery of client campaigns
  • Ensuring creative deadlines are met and assets are processed
  • Maintain up-to-date information in relation to campaign performance, revenue activities and industry trends

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours
  • Demonstrate understanding and expertise in working at a publisher, media agency or trading desk would be ideal but not mandatory
  • Expertise to grow and develop exceptional skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Motivation for the media industry and a willingness to learn
  • Capable of operating in a fast-moving industry with good time management skills across multiple stakeholders
