We are looking for a Temporary Digital Project Coordinator to help drive and support the revamp of our SharePoint-based internal platform. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience coordinating or managing digital projects, strong communication and organizational skills, a good understanding of user experience (UX) principles, and experience working closely with development teams.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, and external partners to ensure effective coordination, smooth execution, and successful delivery of the project.
Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to align on priorities, requirements, and deliverables.
Support technical and UX discussions to help shape and refine solutions.
Identify and address blockers, ensuring smooth progress across project phases.
Facilitate communication among internal teams and external partners, maintaining transparency and alignment.
Track and report on project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Promote continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and usability.
Share knowledge and insights within the team to support learning and collaboration.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or related fields; Project Management certification (Agile, PMP, Scrum) is a plus.
Technical Skills: Experience coordinating digital or tech projects (UX/UI, e-commerce, system implementation) using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to track milestones, risks, and KPIs through Excel or Power BI, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to align developers, designers, and business stakeholders, fostering clarity and teamwork.
Passion & Drive: Genuine interest in the luxury and technology industries, with curiosity for innovation, user experience, and continuous improvement.
