At Honda we embrace inclusion in our various policies, so whilst our contracts state that the hours are as required to fulfil the role with a minimum of 35 hours per week, we offer flexibility for when you work. The regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch break & 08:00 – 13:00 on a Friday. However, we offer flexibility of when you work with our daily flex-time start of between 07:00 and 11:00 providing that there is no business requirement.
Whilst there is no contractual right to work from home, the flexibility we offer is that you can request to work from home 2 days per week, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.
The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for the development, delivery and optimisation of Honda Motor Europe's motorcycle digital ecosystem, encompassing digital platforms, customer-facing content and digital customer experience across all European markets. The role plays a pivotal part in ensuring Honda's websites, configurators and digital tools effectively supporting product launches, business objectives, customer engagement and lead generation activities.
Acting as the central point of coordination between Product Planning, Marketing Communications, European branches, development teams and agency partners, the role leads the end-to-end digital delivery of new model launches, ensuring content, assets and product information are deployed accurately and consistently across multiple markets and languages. The position also maintains governance of digital platforms, manages platform enhancements and drives the continuous evolution of Honda's digital channels through data-led decision making and customer-centric thinking.
The role is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve customer journeys, increase platform performance and introduce innovative digital solutions that enhance the customer experience. Through close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, the Digital Content Specialist helps shape Honda's future digital roadmap, delivering platform improvements, emerging technologies and integrated digital experiences that support both commercial performance and long-term digital transformation objectives.
