As our Digital Content Specialist, you will play an important role in helping more people discover the benefits of good oral health. Through engaging digital content, you will bring TePe’s brand, expertise and purpose to life across our websites, social media channels, newsletters and digital campaigns.
From the first spark of an idea to publication, optimisation and follow-up, you will be part of the entire content journey. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will create content that informs, inspires and creates meaningful connections with customers and users worldwide.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining content across TePe’s websites. By combining creativity, curiosity and a data-driven mindset, you will help us continuously improve how we engage with our audiences, ensuring every experience is relevant, accessible, user-friendly and optimised for SEO and emerging search behaviours.
What you'll be doing
As our Digital Content Specialist, you will:
Develop and execute content ideas that support TePe's brand strategy, campaigns and business objectives.
Create, publish and optimise content across web, social media, newsletters and other digital channels. Ensuring web content follows SEO and AEO best practices.
Support global communication initiatives by providing content, guidance and best-practice recommendations for local markets.
Monitor and analyse content performance, identifying insights and opportunities for optimisation.
Work closely with designers, agencies and other stakeholders to create effective digital experiences.
Support and educate local markets in digital communication, tools and content best practices when needed.
Manage and support digital platforms and tools such as Optimizly, Hootsuite and Meta Business Manager.
Who we’re looking for
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
A University degree or other post-secondary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in digital content, digital marketing or a similar role.
Experience creating and publishing content across web, social media and email channels.
Strong copywriting skills and excellent written communication in English.
A strong sense of visual communication and the ability to create or adapt simple digital assets using tools such as Adobe Express.
Excellent Swedish and English, spoken and written. English is our corporate language.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across teams, markets or functions.
Understanding how different digital channels contribute to awareness, engagement, lead generation and conversion, while enjoying the challenge of turning ideas into engaging content and continuously improving performance through data and insights.
We consider it a plus if you also have
Experience from a global or international organisation.
Experience working with Optimizly, Hootsuite, Meta Business Manager or Google Analytics.
Knowledge of SEO and AEO.
