🎬 DIGITAL CONTENT OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE WANTED
🗂 Role: Sr Coord | Brand & Creator Partnerships
📍 Location: remote
💰 Salary: $50–70K/year + comprehensive benefits
⚙️ The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Content Operations Associate to be the operational backbone of TubeScience’s digital content initiatives. This is an operations and systems role for someone who excels at building workflows, managing tooling across teams, and turning coordination chaos into repeatable process. You’ll be the connective tissue between Brand Management, Creator Partnerships, Strategy, Production and Growth — building and maintaining the project infrastructure that ensures the right people are working on the right things at the right time. You’ll own the tooling layer: standing up systems, designing workflows, maintaining project boards, and making sure every team touching digital content is operating from the same source of truth.
This role is ideal for someone who gets excited about building the machine, not just running it — someone who sees a gap in how teams hand off work and immediately starts thinking about what tool, what automation, what process fills it.
📋 What You’ll Do
🗂️ Build and maintain operational workflows and project management systems across casting, digital brands, and creator initiatives
🔧 Own the tooling stack for digital content operations — evaluating, configuring, and optimizing platforms like Monday, Airtable, or similar to fit evolving team needs
🔗 Design cross-functional handoff processes between Creative, Growth, Brand Management, and Creator Partnerships to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce miscommunication
📊 Create and maintain dashboards and trackers that give leadership and stakeholders real-time visibility into project status, team capacity, and pipeline health
📝 Document processes, SOPs, and playbooks so that institutional knowledge lives in systems, not in people’s heads
ð ï¸ Identify process inefficiencies and work with leadership to implement improvements
ð Who You Are
ð 3â5 years of experience in operations, project management, or production coordination in creative, media, or marketing environments
𧩠Systems thinker â you see the whole picture and know how to organize complexity into clarity
ð Data-fluent â comfortable building dashboards, running reports, and translating numbers into recommendations
ðï¸ Master coordinator â youâve successfully managed multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and tight timelines
ð® Proactive problem-solver â you anticipate issues before they escalate and always have a plan B
ð¬ Clear communicator â you can translate operational realities into language that makes sense for creative and strategic teams
ð ï¸ Tool-savvy â experience with project management platforms, analytics tools, and building workflows in systems like Monday, Asana, Airtable, or similar
ðComfortable with ambiguity â this is a new function at TubeScience. Youâll be building the plane while flying it
ð Remote-friendly â strong async communication, self-directed, and disciplined about documentation
⨠Nice to Have

As one of the fastest growing startups in Los Angeles, we're revolutionizing the way in which companies approach successful video advertising. Our team of award-winning Producers, Editors, Directors, Engineers, and Performance Marketing Managers are building a global studio where we can conceptualize, shoot, and produce hundreds of videos per day. Unlike traditional advertising agencies that pitch creative concepts for companies, hope they will perform, and outsource filming, we design videos that are guaranteed to convert. We use data to guide our creative process and leverage testing and analysis to make adjustments to react to users in real-time.
What's atypical about the company:
We're fast and data-driven: our teams develop concepts in the morning, shoot/edit in the afternoon, launch in the evening, and iterate the next day based on real-world performance.
We’re a behavioral R&D lab at the core: We put 2,000+ video experiments per week, watched by tens of millions of people per day, that give us deep insights into how people make decisions. Over the past couple years, we’ve built an enormous library of IP around human behavior and visual communication.
We work on a pure pay for performance basis. Zero production fees for video. Clients only pay us if our videos outperform anything they’re running internally.
