Digital Content & Multimedia Specialist | Sydney

Create content that brings technology to life.

This is a hands-on content role suited to someone who enjoys creating across multiple formats, from graphics and short-form video through to articles, social content, and campaigns.

The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Content & Multimedia Specialist based in Sydney who is equal parts creator, storyteller, and visual content producer.

This role is heavily hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys producing content across written, graphic, social, and video formats rather than sitting purely in strategy or management.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and technical teams to create engaging content that simplifies complex technology topics and strengthens the efex brand across multiple channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create engaging written, graphic, and video content across digital channels
• Design digital graphics, branded assets, and visual social media content
• Create and edit short-form video content for social campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Write articles, customer stories, landing pages, email content, and social posts
• Help bring IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services topics to life in a simple, audience-friendly way
• Support campaign execution and content planning across marketing initiatives
• Assist with managing efex’s organic social presence and digital storytelling
• Collaborate with teams across the business to turn ideas, customer stories, and technical topics into engaging content
• Use AI, design, and content creation tools to produce high-quality content efficiently

About You

You’re a hands-on content creator who enjoys bringing ideas to life across multiple formats.

You may currently be working as a:

• Content Creator
• Marketing Coordinator
• Social Media Specialist
• Digital Content Coordinator
• Multimedia Content Producer

…and be looking for a broader opportunity within a growing national business.

We’d love to see:

• 2–5 years’ experience in content, digital marketing, social media, or multimedia roles
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Experience creating graphics and visual content for digital platforms
• Confidence creating and editing short-form video content
• Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Understanding of social media and digital content best practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content projects
• B2B, technology, or MSP experience is helpful but not essential
