Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $72,000.00 - $109,500.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

Develop and produce content assets—including written, visual, and video—aligned to HSS's brand positioning and the consumer journey to care

Support the Content Strategy Lead in executing the editorial calendar across web, email, campaigns, and service line initiatives

Manage end-to-end production workflows for select content projects: briefing, drafting, design coordination, review routing, and publishing.

Adapt long-form content into multi-channel formats (e.g., turning a physician Q&A into a blog post, social carousel, email snippet, and short-form video)

Coordinate with internal subject matter experts (physicians, researchers, care teams) to develop clinically accurate, consumer-friendly content

Maintain brand voice and editorial standards across all outputs, ensuring consistency with HSS's brand positioning

Social Media Support & Execution

Partner with the Social Media lead to plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X)

Produce social-first content—including short-form video, Reels, motion graphics, and story-driven posts—that drives engagement and builds brand relevance

Monitor cultural and sports moments for real-time social content opportunities aligned to HSS's brand territory (movement, performance, injury expertise)

Support community engagement efforts, including response frameworks, comment monitoring, and audience interaction

Track social content performance and surface insights to optimize future content planning

Operations & Collaboration

Manage content production timelines and workflows, ensuring on-time delivery across concurrent projects

Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, service line marketing, regional marketing, media/performance, and PR teams to align content to campaign priorities

Maintain and organize the content asset library (images, videos, copy, templates) for easy team access and reuse

Brief and manage freelance creators, videographers, or designers as needed to scale production capacity.
