What you’ll be doing

  • Lead end-to-end digital content strategy and execution across the full funnel (social, email, SEO, website, paid)
  • Drive integrated campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial goals
  • Own Nutravita’s content output, ensuring consistency with visual brand language across all touchpoints
  • Define and evolve the organic social strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Lead email marketing strategy, including segmentation, workflows, and performance optimization
  • Drive SEO content strategy to increase organic traffic, visibility, and conversion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, and performance teams to deliver high-quality assets
  • Manage and develop a Digital Marketing Manager, ensuring strong execution and continuous improvement
  • Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CR) and optimize content to drive measurable growth

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in digital content marketing, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods, or e-commerce
  • Strong expertise in full-funnel campaigns, organic social, email marketing, and SEO content
  • Proven track record of creating high-performing, consumer-focused content across multiple channels
  • Native-level English with excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and digital trends
  • Commercial mindset with solid knowledge of e-commerce performance metrics
  • Experience working in fast-paced, hands-on environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver at speed
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about health, wellness, or VMS categories
  • Preferred: Experience with brand management and content strategy frameworks
