Daikin Europe NV (DENV) is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Limited, a Japanese outstanding company and worldwide the biggest developer, producer and supplier of HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) solutions, including heating pumps and cooling technology. DENV is Daikin’s sales, R&D, and production headquarters for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa. The headquarter has Belgian offices in Brussels, Ghent and Ostend, as well as 8 production plants, 24 sales subsidiaries and offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the EMEA region.

At our Madrid office (called DESI), we have a multidisciplinary team of professionals from different departments, including IT, Corporate Planning, Services, Internal Audit, EDC (EMEA Development Center), Finance, and HR.

Within our Service Operations Divison, we are looking for a Digital Content Creator to join our team! As a Digital Content Creator, you play a key role in accelerating digital learning and self-service within Daikin's EMEA Service Academy. You collaborate closely with technical experts, trainers, and service specialists to transform technical knowledge into engaging digital learning content. Your work supports field service technicians, customer interaction centre agents, equipment users, and other stakeholders through e-learning, video learning, multimedia content, and digital knowledge-sharing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining high-quality digital learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, animations, tutorials, assessments, and training materials
• Translating technical information from subject matter experts into engaging and easy-to-understand learning experiences
• Supporting the expansion of self-learning and self-service solutions for technicians, customer service agents, and equipment users across EMEA.
• Managing multimedia production activities such as video recording, editing, animation, graphic design, and content publishing.
• Collaborating with trainers and technical teams to continuously improve learning effectiveness and user engagement.
• Supporting the implementation and optimization of learning technologies, authoring tools, and digital learning platforms.
• Exploring and applying new technologies, including AI-powered content creation tools, to improve productivity and learner experience.
• Ensuring content quality, consistency, branding, and alignment with Daikin standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Communication Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, video editing software, graphic design tools, and multimedia production.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies is an advantage.
• Experience with AI-assisted content creation tools is considered a strong asset.
• Strong creativity combined with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Continuous learner with a strong interest in emerging digital technologies and learning trends.
