The context
- Role based in Paris, hybrid mode: 3 days onsite / 2 days home office per week.
- Join the Customer Experience and Engagement Digital Marketing team, in charge of the management, optimization, and quality assurance of digital content across the Group's hospitality websites.
- This internship offers hands-on experience in content operations, website performance monitoring, and brand content governance, with a primary focus on Mövenpick and Swissôtel.
Your mission
Content Quality Assurance & Go-Live Readiness
- Conduct comprehensive content reviews prior to website launches and content releases for Mövenpick and Swissôtel.
- Validate content accuracy, consistency, localization quality, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with regional and brand teams to ensure all digital assets and content components meet publication standards.
- Support final quality checks and launch readiness activities.
Website Content Operations
- Lead content update initiatives for the Grand Mercure website, ensuring timely implementation of new content and assets.
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of web pages through Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Support content publishing workflows and asset management processes.
- Ensure content remains relevant, accurate, and aligned with brand positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with global brand, marketing, and digital teams to coordinate content-related activities.
- Assist in gathering requirements, tracking content requests, and facilitating stakeholder reviews.
- Support the preparation of presentations, status updates, and operational documentation.
Qualifications
About you
Appreciated skills:
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel dashboards) and the ability to interpret website performance metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Analytics (Google Analytics, Content Square) and the Adobe Experience Manager CMS is welcomed.
Soft skills:
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to conduct thorough quality assurance checks for digital content.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn new digital marketing tools and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, international team environment while managing tasks independently.
- Passion for digital marketing, user experience, and creating high-quality online content.
Languages:
- French and English — fluent level required for both (mandatory); additional languages are an asset.
