岗位定位

抖音电商内容中台负责人，搭建覆盖「资产组件矩阵 — 规模化生产 — 数据验证 — 资产积累」的全链路内容工厂体系，赋能前端直播 & 内容团队实现爆款内容的标准化、规模化产出。

打造可复制的内容生产引擎，解决创意零散、效率低下、无法规模化复制的核心痛点，驱动抖音业务内容生态的持续增长。

岗位职责

1. 内容资产组件矩阵体系搭建

• 统筹搭建抖音内容资产矩阵，形成标准化、模块化的内容生产组件库。
• 制定内容创新与生产标准，明确「品牌调性 + 用户洞察 + 平台热点」融合的创作原则，确保内容既符合品牌规范，又适配抖音算法与流量逻辑，支撑高频次、大批量的内容产出需求。
• 搭建内容资产库，沉淀可复用的钩子模板、信任素材、场景脚本与转化话术，建立组件化内容管理与复用机制，实现「一次沉淀、多次复用」，大幅提升跨团队内容生产效率。

2. 全链路内容生产流程搭建与效率优化

• 建立内容工厂全流程 SOP：从需求提报、组件化创意评审、批量脚本开发、数据赛马验证到资产入库的闭环管理，覆盖内容生产的全生命周期。
• 引入数据化验证与工具化提效方案，建立「批量测试 → 数据验证 → 提炼黄金公式 → 规模化复制」的爆款闭环,实现从零散创作到工厂化运营的升级。

3. 跨团队协同与内容生态赋能

• 对接 In-house Content Team、Live Streaming Team 与投放团队,输出组件化内容标准与可复用资产,支撑直播引流、短视频种草、用户教育等多场景内容需求,打通内容种草到直播转化的业务闭环。
• 建立内容合规与品牌审核体系,把控所有内容的品牌调性、合规性与广告法要求,规避平台风险与品牌偏差,确保规模化生产下的内容质量与风险可控。

4. 供应商生态管理与市场内容前瞻洞察

• 搭建并维护外部内容供应商资源池(MCN 机构、内容制作公司、达人合作方、第三方工具平台等),建立分级评估、商务谈判与合作管理机制,保障规模化生产下的资源弹性与稳定供给,构建长期共赢的合作生态。
• 持续追踪行业内容前沿趋势、新兴内容形式与制作技术,主动 source 头部 MCN、新锐创作者与前沿内容工具,将市场最新的内容能力与技术引入内容工厂体系,保持团队内容生产力的行业领先性。

5. 团队管理与协同机制建设

• 管理内容工厂中台团队(Content Analytics + Content Operator),明确清晰分工与协作机制,确保中台对前端业务团队的高效支撑。
• 建立内容质量与效果评估体系,将组件化标准、数据表现与合规性纳入考核,推动团队持续优化内容生产效率与爆款率。

任职资格

1. 学历与专业背景

本科及以上学历,编导、广告、新媒体、数据科学或相关专业毕业,具备扎实的内容生产与数据分析双重背景。

2. 行业经验

3 年以上抖音内容相关工作经验(电商内容、内容中台、MCN 内容操盘等方向),1 年以上团队管理或项目带队经验;具备搭建内容资产库、制定内容生产 SOP 的实战经验,有规模化爆款产出或千万级 GMV 账号内容操盘经历者优先。

3. 核心能力

• 精通抖音内容生态:深度理解平台算法、爆款逻辑、用户心理与流量规则,具备从业务视角拆解内容需求、搭建资产组件矩阵的能力。
• 强体系化思维:擅长将零散创意转化为可复用的标准化组件,具备搭建内容生产 SOP、验证爆款黄金公式、推动规模化复制的能力。
• 数据驱动决策:具备通过数据拆解爆款逻辑、优化内容结构、提升 CTR 与完播率的实战经验,能通过数据支撑内容策略迭代与效率优化。
• 跨团队协同能力:能对接业务、运营、投放、合作方等多部门/角色,平衡品牌调性、合规要求与平台流量逻辑,推动跨职能项目高效落地。
• 供应商管理能力:具备外部资源整合与商务谈判经验,熟悉 MCN 机构、内容制作公司、达人合作的合作模式与商业逻辑。

4. 综合素质

结果导向,抗压能力强,具备优秀的项目管理与危机处理能力;具备前瞻性思维,能预判平台趋势并调整内容策略;具备品牌意识与合规意识,对内容质量与风险有严格把控。
