Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.
While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
The Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Solution Architect is responsible for leading the design and delivery of end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring alignment between business requirements and scalable system architecture. This role involves guiding clients through implementation and transformation initiatives, including requirements analysis, solution design, integration strategy, data migration, testing oversight, and post‑go‑live optimization. The Solution Architect serves as a subject matter expert across all HCM modules, translating complex business needs into cohesive, future‑state designs while ensuring adherence to Oracle best practices and enterprise standards. Additionally, this role requires strong cross-functional leadership to coordinate functional and technical teams, provide architectural governance, and guide integration across HCM, ERP, and third-party systems. The architect is also responsible for developing roadmaps, advising on process improvements and system capabilities, and mentoring team members, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $190,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $189,750 - $231,250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
