Job Description

About This Role

We are seeking a proactive, high-energy Digital Connected Product Enablement Manager to be the primary "face of the product" for our digital connected solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technology and our customers, driving adoption and connectivity growth by creating a strategic enablement roadmap.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and legal teams to execute go-to-market strategies, develop training materials, and analyze monthly performance metrics to ensure we hit our annual growth goals. A natural relationship-builder and dynamic presenter, you will champion our products across various stages—from leading large-scale webinars and presenting at in-person industry events to working one-on-one with channel customers. Ultimately, you will be the voice of the customer, gathering direct feedback to help shape the future of our digital product ecosystem.

  • Roadmap Strategy & Execution: Define, implement, and lead the digital product enablement roadmap to accelerate connected product adoption and meet yearly connectivity growth objectives.

  • Go-to-Market & Launch Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, Marketing, and Legal—to drive go-to-market plans for new digital connected product features.

  • Channel Engagement & Training: Act as the primary "face of the product" for channel customers, delivering high-impact training and presentations at in-person Carrier/Distributor/Dealer events, large-scale webinars, and one-on-one sessions.

  • Collateral & Marketing Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing team to design, develop, and deliver compelling training and marketing materials that clearly articulate product value and drive user awareness.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Lead the monthly evaluation of adoption and connectivity metrics, analyzing performance data to ensure the team remains on track to hit annual strategic goals.

  • Customer Advocacy: Gather ongoing, direct feedback from channel customers to champion the "voice of the customer" within the internal digital product team, influencing future product iterations.

  • Cross-Functional Relationship Building: Build strong, proactive relationships with business stakeholders and external channel partners, leveraging exceptional communication skills to align diverse groups toward shared goals.
