  • Monitoring website analytics and translating performance insights into concrete optimization actions.

Social Media, Editorial Planning & Paid Advertising

  • Managing Siemens Italy’s social media presence, editorial calendar and content publishing across organic and paid channels, in line with global guidelines.
  • Coordinating paid media campaigns, employee advocacy activities and B2B influencer initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Working with media partners, agencies and internal stakeholders to define campaign strategies, target audiences and performance KPIs.
  • Monitoring results through analytics tools and dashboards, translating insights into optimization actions.

Intranet Governance & Internal Communications

  • Governing the SharePoint-based Siemens Italy Intranet (SINET) site collection, including defining permission levels and access rights.
  • Maintaining and updating Corporate Communications content on the intranet.
  • Supporting internal digital communication initiatives on Viva Engage, ensuring consistency between internal and external messaging where relevant.

Agency Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Managing and coordinating external agencies and partners, including paid media, creatives, video production, social media and influencer-related suppliers.
  • Acting as the interface between Siemens Italy, Siemens global and the Business on digital communication priorities, campaign roadmaps and content strategies.
  • Driving continuous improvement through KPI dashboards, data analysis and actionable performance insights.
  • Managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines with a structured, proactive and collaborative approach.

What makes you a great match:

Core Requirements
