Lotus Cars Europe is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Digital Communication Manager - West to join us in our Office in Brussels, Belgium

The Digital Communication Manager – West is responsible for driving short‑term and mid‑term digital actions that support business performance and strengthen the dealer network. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion across digital channels, while ensuring content is relevant, localized, and aligned with the specific needs of each market.

The position combines performance-driven digital activation with hands‑on content creation and adaptation, translating global brand assets into effective local communication. Acting as a key interface between central teams, local markets, and external partners, the role plays a critical part in supporting current business priorities and bridging the period leading up to upcoming product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Management & Content Creation

Manage & define the brand’s social media strategy, including content creation, planning, publishing, and community engagement (monitoring and responding to comments and messages).

This role covers dedicated local social media channels for Lotus Cars France, Lotus Cars Belux, and Lotus Cars Netherlands.

Paid Media Management

Oversee, analyze, and optimize digital communication and paid media performance, in close coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Sales Conversion & Lead Management

Optimize lead generation and conversion across digital channels, working closely with sales managers and the dealer network to support commercial performance.

Website Management

Coordinate website updates, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, quality control, and proofreading in line with brand guidelines.

CRM Support

Support CRM communications, including audience segmentation, campaign execution, and coordination with relevant internal teams.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Operations

• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Cluster Head, Marketing, PR, Sales, Product) to ensure aligned execution.

• Coordinate with external agencies to deliver marketing and event assets on time and to standard.

• Organize internal events (dealer meetings, team events, corporate gatherings).

• Handle administrative coordination, presentations, budgets, quotes, and invoices.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

Produce regular digital performance reports, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to support decision making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Automotive Business, or related field.

  • Strong coordination skills, structured and process-driven approach, numbers-driven mindset.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in retail marketing, community management, or marketing, preferably in automotive or luxury retail environment.

  • Proven experience working with dealer networks or retail organizations.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working cross-functionally and managing external partners.

  • Excellent writing and communications skills, ideally experience in editorial work.

  • Data-driven mindset, with experience in reporting, KPI tracking, and campaign performance analysis.

  • Experience with online marketing.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Cloud.

Additional Information:

  • This role will be working from our Brussels office within our flexible working policy - to come in the office 1-2 days per week.

  • Frequent travel will be required. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Belgium without VISA sponsorship.

  • The starting salary range this role is 60,000 - 75,000 EUR per annum, + benefits - salary range is dependent on experience.
