Position Summary

  • The Digital Commerce Specialist will join the Digital Commerce Services - Publishing and Monitoring team.
  • Digital Commerce Specialist for eRetailer Monitoring plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing digital commerce channels, such as e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces. He/She will be responsible for the flawless execution of eRetailer monitoring—analysis and optimization of content published on eRetailer platforms. He/She takes ownership of the monitoring process, its success, and act as an extention of the business team.
  • The scope of work includes gathering of actionable insights and recommendations to the Business based on the published eContent online and trusted sources of truth. He/She will closely collaborate with Brand Managers, Key Supply Chain Managers, eCommerce Managers, Zone Champions, and cross-functional teams of Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce.
  • Focus will be on accuracy, quality, and meeting deadlines, ensuring standards and Nestlé guidelines and eRetailer channel requirements are respected for each deliverables, aiming for high level of quality in all tasks and act as an partner of choice for the Businesses.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Operations - ensure proper execution of the service, with high service orientation to the Market/Business.
  • Maintain operational documentation to ensure proper execution of Services (processes, eRetailer channel requirements, market briefs, training material, adaptation best practices, standard routine)
  • Liaise with Tool Champions and Business to learn from experience, to integrate in the production process improvements to gain in quality and time.
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards including effective management of standard routines, Market Deployment Toolkit and Control Best Practices

Key Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies or related fields
  • 2-4 years of experience in the eCommerce and/or digital marketing field
  • 2-4 years of experience in publishing product related content

Key Software Knowledge

  • Very good knowledge in Digital Shelf or any eRetailer Monitoring tools
  • SAP Product Master Data solution
  • Has intermediate/advance skill in Microsoft Excel (including formula) and understanding of Power BI solution

Key Skills

  • Ability to quickly understand eRetailer challenges and specificities
  • Understanding of product eContent - marketing/digital assets, nutritional information, product description page
  • Solid understanding of Digital Shelf metrics and Product eContents on eRetailer platforms
  • Understanding and knowledge in trends and SKU performance on eCommerce marketplace and eRetailer platforms
  • Ability to interpret dashboard and execute periodic reporting based on market requirements
  • Very good data gathering, analytical, and insighting skills
  • Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Abilitiy to deliver against established objectives, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Ability to follow Nestlé and Brand Guidelines to ensure product content quality in eRetailers
