Job Description

As a Director, Digital Commerce Portfolio & Operations, you will ensure Digital Commerce operates as a cohesive and high‑performing system by owning the operating model across governance, financial discipline, and execution oversight. You will integrate and enable pillar-led domains (e.g., Web, Integrations, Platform) to function effectively while maintaining accountability for their respective strategies, delivery, and outcomes.

You will establish standards, processes, and governance mechanisms that drive transparency, prioritization, and consistency across the portfolio, while supporting enterprise alignment and leadership decision-making. This role is critical in enabling scalable execution, clear investment governance, and continuous improvement across Digital Commerce.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and run the Digital Commerce operating cadence, including business reviews, investment reviews, and delivery health checkpoints
  • Maintain integrated visibility into portfolio performance, including risks, dependencies, and cross-pillar tradeoffs
  • Own portfolio-level financial governance, including budget consolidation, forecasting, and variance management
  • Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process by integrating pillar-level plans into a unified portfolio view
  • Govern the Business Investment Request (BIR) process to ensure consistency, transparency, and comparability across investments
  • Facilitate cross-pillar prioritization and act as decision authority for conflicts related to capacity, dependencies, and sequencing
  • Provide executive-level visibility into delivery health, including risks, mitigation plans, and escalation needs
  • Ensure governance and delivery models are aligned to the nature of work (product-led, Lean, programmatic)
  • Serve as the primary interface with enterprise partners (e.g., IT Finance, EPMO, VMO, Digital CoE)
  • Translate enterprise requirements into actionable expectations for pillar leaders while preserving accountability
  • Integrate pillar inputs into a cohesive executive narrative on performance, investments, and risks
  • Support senior leadership with decision framing, options, and recommendations
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement in governance, operating processes, and decision velocity
  • Strengthen clarity of roles, responsibilities, and decision rights across the Digital Commerce operating model

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree– Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent preferred
  • 10 years of hands-on experience in system rollouts
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership roles in IT
  • 3-5 years of experience in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management is preferred
  • Experience interacting with and delivering reports to top company executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate a willingness to accept new challenges
  • Ability to travel 0-25% of the time
