Job Description
Functional D365 F&O (Finance & Operations) Support • Functional ownership for Order to Cash and Record to Report, including GL, AR, Billing & Invoicing, Payments, Bank & Cash Management, Reconciliation, Product & Price, Product Fulfillment (drop ship, returns, receipts), Tax, Period Close, and Consolidation. • L2/L3 production support, configuration changes, and minor enhancements (workflows, parameters, approvals, posting profiles, reason codes, product & price catalog). • Microsoft D365 F&O release management, including evaluation of One Version updates, hotfixes, and new features, with recommendations to Business and IT/Architecture. • Financial ISV and period end support, including posting corrections, close activities, and troubleshooting ISV add ons (e.g., SureTax, CertifyTax, RedMaple). • Financial data quality and reconciliation ownership, including master data, dimensions, customer/accounts, product/pricing/catalog, and reconciliation with upstream/downstream systems (CE/Dataverse, IPH F&O, payments, tax engines). Functional D365 CE / CRM Support • Functional ownership of Sales and Customer Service modules, including case management, agent experience, queues, routing, SLAs, and productivity features. • Customer 360 functional support, spanning Databricks pre processor logic and D365 Customer Insights – CDP (qualification & identity resolution, profile unification, enrichment, segmentation, and targeting & archiving). • L2/L3 production support and BAU enhancements, including fields, views, forms, Business Process Flows (BPF), security roles/teams, routing rules, macros, and agent scripts. • Microsoft D365 CE release management, including hotfixes and feature evaluation with recommendations to Business and IT/Architecture. • Functional support for Pet Registry, operational reporting, and user access, including data quality, Power BI reports, user security, ISV add ons, and functional input into integrations with F&O, Databricks, and partner systems.
