We are looking for a talented individual who shares our values to join our team as Digital Channels Lead The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's digital channels, content, customer journeys, and digital customer experience to support business growth and brand development across the Services Division This role leverages technology and AI tools to enhance engagement, improve channel performance, and create seamless digital experiences across the company's website, e-commerce platform, loyalty programme, social media channels, and other digital touchpoints. The Digital Channels Lead will play a key role in strengthening digital footprint, brand visibility, supporting corporate and retail initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across the Services Division’s digital ecosystem.
THE ROLE:
The responsibilities of the Digital Channels Lead include:
Manage and optimize digital channels - Oversee and enhance the performance of websites, e-commerce platforms, and other digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless customer journeys, strong user experience, and alignment with business objectives.
Develop and manage digital content - Create, plan, and deliver engaging, brand-aligned content across digital platforms, using creative tools and AI to support campaigns, promotions, and overall content strategy.
Social media management and digital engagement - Lead social media activities, drive audience engagement, monitor performance analytics, and support campaigns through consistent, data-driven digital communication and interaction
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
At least four (4) years' experience in digital marketing, content creation, website management, e-commerce, or related digital channels across multiple markets or brands.
Experience managing websites, content management systems (CMS), CRM, and/or e-commerce platforms.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
Experience with AI tools for content generation, optimization, workflow efficiency and social media management.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms and customer journey management.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Metricool, or similar platforms.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with social media analytics and marketing reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple digital channels and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer experience and digital performance.
