About the role:

As a Digital Campaign Specialist (Retail Media), you play a central role in bringing retail media campaigns to life and aligning all teams involved. You make sure campaigns are executed smoothly, accurately and measurably, working closely with colleagues across offsite, CRM and other internal teams. In this role, you combine hands-on campaign coordination with strong planning, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

About your tasks:

• You act as the central point of contact for campaign activations and keep all stakeholders aligned.
• You translate campaign objectives into clear and actionable briefings for internal teams.
• You ensure correct execution in terms of timing, tracking and operational follow-up
• You work cross-functionally to guarantee smooth campaign delivery from briefing to evaluation
• You monitor campaign performance closely and contribute ideas to improve future activations.

Qualifications

About you:

• You have initial relevant experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, e-commerce, CRM or media
• You are proactive, hands-on and enjoy collaborating with different teams
• You are comfortable working with data and Excel and like turning campaign results into insights
• You are strong in planning and organization, detail-oriented, and able to keep the bigger picture in mind.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
