Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Campaign Specialist to join our Communications and Stakeholder Relations team.

In this role, you’ll develop, deliver and optimise Cricket Victoria’s customer-facing digital marketing campaigns, helping drive ticket sales, memberships, registrations and other consumer products. Working across multiple digital channels, you'll use data, technology and creativity to maximise reach, engagement and conversion, delivering campaigns that have a real commercial impact.

The Role

• Develop, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across EDM, SMS, paid social and other digital channels.
• Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including copywriting, A/B testing, audience segmentation, performance tracking and optimisation.
• Plan and implement paid and programmatic advertising across platforms including Meta, Google and TikTok, while identifying new digital opportunities.
• Deliver targeted EDM campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Insider to drive engagement and commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate campaign activity, marketing calendars and consistent brand messaging.
• Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
• Manage campaign workflows, including briefing, approvals, weekly WIPs and budget tracking.

About You

• 2–3 years’ experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Experience with, or a strong understanding of, Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to optimise marketing performance.
• Experience planning and executing digital advertising campaigns, including EDM and SMS.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and/or other tracking platforms.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, including customer journeys, triggered campaigns, APIs and dynamic content.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting, display and/or programmatic advertising.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in sport, events, ticketing, membership or other consumer-focused industries would be highly regarded.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital, Sport Management or a related field is preferred.
