Job Description

Muller's Solutions is seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions within digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Document and analyze user journeys and business processes.
  • Ensure business requirements align with Ministry-approved technical standards.
  • Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios in collaboration with quality teams.
  • Manage and document change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in digital transformation or government projects is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
