Job Description

Digital Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business requirements.

  • Influence business and support decision making and prioritization with clear rationale.

  • Understand E2E business processes and develop requirements using various techniques, such as use cases, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.

  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where existing processes or systems do not meet business needs

  • Communicate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented as expected

  • Organize and participate in (user) testing with comprehensive testing cases to ensure the delivered solution meets the business requirements

  • Support to define change management plan and ensure that appropriate system training is available.

Requirements::

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all level.

  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and requirements and translate them into clear and concise documentation.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented, data-driven mindset

  • Familiarity with digital product development concepts, such as UX/UI design, software lifecycle management, Agile practice.
