About the role:

We’re looking for a proactive and innovative Digital Business Analyst to join a forward-thinking team on a 6-month contracting opportunity, bringing strong expertise across digital ecosystems, customer-centric design, and emerging technologies.

In this role, you’ll be primarily responsible for acting as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams - translating digital strategy into clear, actionable requirements to deliver seamless, high-impact digital solutions that enhance customer experience and drive operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Capture and translate digital business requirements across eCommerce, mobile, and digital channels
  • Analyse user journeys, processes, and customer touchpoints to inform solution design
  • Develop user stories, workflows, and wireframes aligned to digital strategy
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, requirements, and project progress end-to-end
  • Support solution design, POCs, and continuous improvement across digital initiatives

About you

You are a proactive and collaborative delivery professional with demonstrated experience in leading complex initiatives. You’ll bring:

  • Degree in Business, IT, Digital Media, or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, UX/UI principles, and customer journeys
  • Experience with authentication (MFA, SSO) and user registration/login flows
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, process mapping, and user story development
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (CRM, CMS, eCommerce, marketing tools) and analytics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a data-driven mindset
