KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • The internal partner's needs are clarified and defined in specifications.

  • Problems and opportunities with the business partner are identified in order to optimize digitalization and increase the impact on the company (including process and risk analysis).

  • The functional, technical and environmental requirements of the internal partner are identified and detailed to clarify the needs expressed.

  • All Group requirements (hosting, security, data confidentiality, standards and regulations, quality, etc.) are taken into account and respected.

  • The relevance of the proposed solution, the availability of teams, skills and feasibility of developing the solution with digital factories or developers are validated through close collaboration.

  • Feedback from partners is taken into account to improve their satisfaction.

  • The knowledge acquired during solution development is capitalized in order to be reused.

Main Mission:

  • Act as the primary functional bridge between business teams, stakeholders and the Factory, ensuring all business needs are well captured, challenged and translated into digital solutions.

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data reliability and digital acceleration through mapping and search technologies.

  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and technical feasibility, relying on deep knowledge of digital solutions, processes, and DOTI requirements (hosting, security, confidentiality).

  • Participate in the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital solutions, from need expression to validation, ensuring the delivered solution meets functional expectations and brings measurable value.

  • Support project governance by drafting functional documentation (Functional Specifications, functional briefs)

  • Assist business partners in defining, expressing and challenging their needs through workshops, interviews and functional deep‑dives.

  • Translate business needs into complete user stories with context, business rules, acceptance criteria, impacts on services performance.

  • Co‑build the product roadmap by providing functional insights, identifying cross‑functional needs and anticipating service evolutions.

  • Support delivery by validating functional conformity at each sprint and collecting user feedback to adjust backlog items.

  • Provide detailed functional specifications including flows, expected API behaviors, error handling, data constraints and cross‑module interactions.

  • Support architecture reviews ensuring the proposed technical design respects business rules, routing/cartography performance constraints and DOTI requirements.

  • Review automated test scenarios to ensure alignment with functional expectations, edge cases and business rules.

  • Define, refine, and validate acceptance criteria and test coverage to ensure functional accuracy and service reliability.
