About the role:

As a Business Analyst within the Digital & Information Systems team, you’ll support a portfolio of established digital products operating in BAU delivery squads. The business regularly seeks enhancements across these products, and this role plays a key part in shaping, prioritising and translating those needs into clear, actionable outcomes.

Working in a Kanban delivery environment, you’ll act as the conduit between business users and technical teams — moving seamlessly between customer conversations and technical discussions to ensure the right problems are being solved.

This role will have you across a number of applications and engaging across our business some of your key accountabilities include:

• Partner with the business to understand enhancement requests across multiple digital products and clarify underlying needs versus stated wants
• Act as the primary conduit between users and delivery teams, translating business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements
• Support iterative delivery through backlog refinement, Definition of Ready and Definition of Done practices
• Work across multiple applications simultaneously in a BAU squad environment
• Facilitate discussions and workshops with users to shape requirements and solution options
• Identify opportunities to improve system usability, data quality and business processes, and produce clear, structured documentation that supports delivery and decision-making

About you:

You’re a highly consultative Business Analyst who builds trust quickly and adds value through clarity, pragmatism and strong stakeholder engagement.

• Experience working as a Business Analyst on digital products in an agile delivery environment (Kanban experience highly regarded)
• The ability to act as a conduit between business users and technical teams, translating needs into clear user stories and requirements
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements through workshops, conversations and process analysis
• Confidence working across multiple products or initiatives simultaneously in a BAU or product-led environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with clear written communication and attention to detail
