Job Location: Poplar Bluff Oak Grove Branch - Poplar Bluff, MO 63901
Position Type: Full TimePRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
Assists with various digital banking operational duties in order to offer excellent customer service to our branches and customers.

- Ensures the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secures information systems to comply with bank regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Reviews Internet Banking applications, changes, and secure messages;
- Reviews Internet Banking reports;
- Maintains correct data on Internet Banking via data review and clean up;
- Assists Regional Cash Management Specialists with Cash Management set up and customer service;
- Assists Regional Cash Management Specialists with Remote Deposit set up and customer service;
- Performs reviews of Remote Deposit set up;
- Performs reviews of Cash Management set up;
- Performs monthly reporting on Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Cash Management, Telebank, and Remote Deposit Capture;
- Reviews Mobile Deposit transactions and requests;
- Completes and performs any other duties as assigned.

- Good organizational skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good interpersonal communication and computer skills; and,
- Highly attentive to detail and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
