Is this the role for you?

The Opportunity

As a Digital Automation Consultant, you will design and deliver end-to-end workflow and automation solutions for our customers. Working closely with our Sales and Pre-Sales teams delivery, you will lead discovery, define solution architectures, and implement scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops to identify and shape automation opportunities
  • Design and deliver end-to-end digital automation solutions, from requirements through to implementation and BAU handover
  • Conduct implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning, with a focus on remote delivery capability where possible
  • Manage professional services delivery, including utilisation and billing for consulting services
  • Develop solution architectures, Statements of Work, and cost estimates
  • Support pre-sales activities, including RFx responses, client presentations, and solution demonstrations
  • Deliver implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning of solutions
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

To be successful in this role:

Skills & Experience

We are seeking experience across the following technologies and capabilities:

  • Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
  • SharePoint migrations and optimisation
  • Systems integration across enterprise platforms
  • Electroneek (RPA)
  • Experience in Intelligent Capture Solutions (ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar is preferred)

You will also demonstrate:

  • Experience delivering end-to-end automation and workflow solutions
  • Strong capability in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation
  • Exposure to pre-sales activities including demonstrations and solutioning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

** this position can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne
