The Digital Auction & Inventory Coordinator will perform a wide variety of responsibilities that support both the front-end and back-end functions of our LiveStream operations. This role serves as the face of LiveStream across multiple platforms while also overseeing essential behind-the-scenes tasks such as inventory management, pricing strategy, order fulfillment, product listing, and customer service.
The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable hosting live auctions while ensuring smooth operational workflow from product sourcing through post-sale support.
Job Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management & Sourcing
Source and curate high-quality products for live auctions based on market trends and customer demand.
Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare product lists for upcoming streams.
Upload inventory lists and product details into the WhatNot platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance with platform guidelines.
2. LiveStream Hosting
Host engaging 2-hour live auctions across multiple platforms (including, but not limited to, WhatNot) with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Represent the brand with authenticity and energy, creating a positive and interactive experience for viewers.
Utilize storytelling and strong product knowledge to maximize customer interest and bidding activity.
3. Customer Engagement & Support
Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions during and after live streams.
Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty within the online community.
Maintain a professional, respectful, and positive presence in all audience interactions.

Required
Qualifications/Experience
Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking live on camera for extended periods.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and shipping processes.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer engagement abilities.
Preferred
Qualifications/Experience
Previous experience in e-commerce, live selling, or customer service preferred.
Familiarity with WhatNot or other live selling platforms (TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, etc.). a plus

Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging audiences.
Attention to detail for accurate inventory and order management.
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate live streaming tools and e-commerce platforms quickly.
Problem-solving mindset for handling customer inquiries and unexpected challenges during live streams.
Working Conditions
Works in a warehouse setting
Flexible hours with mandatory availability for scheduled live streams (approximately 2 hours per session).
Additional time required for sourcing, inventory uploads, and order fulfillment.
Emotional Effort
Moderate: Occasional short deadlines. The work environment is occasionally hectic with occasional high activity, with great emphasis on teamwork.
Physical Requirements
The work environment is fast paced, with frequent standing and walking.
The job involves light physical activity, requiring lifting up to 25 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
Large or heavy items are moved by using appropriate material handling equipment and/or with assistance from co-worker.
Safety handling procedures must be followed at all times.
