Job Description

Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) of 6 months. This is a temporary position, continuation beyond the term is subject to business need and performance.

* Understand and execute tasks based on defined instructions, procedures, and guidelines, including adapting to new releases.
* Create flow diagrams from requirements and translate processes into structured, sequential workflows.
* Perform repetitive and complex tasks efficiently with high quality, minimal guidance, and quick turnaround when required.
* Manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and take ownership of daily targets.
* Use software tools for data capture, follow organizational processes, and communicate results, including escalating issues or uncertainties.

Key job responsibilities
- Understand and work on defined set of instructions, procedures, and guidelines for new tasks/releases
- Create flow diagrams based on the given requirement.
- Perform repetitive exercises based on dynamic instructions without compromising on quality
- Prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Complete complex tasks with minimum guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
- Use software tools for data capture and comply with the processes of the organization on a daily basis
- Capture results, communicate and escalate failures/doubts
- Own daily targets against internal and external dependencies

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Hindi
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Familiarity with IVR/contact flow design concepts such as routing, attributes, integrations (e.g., Lambda), and case management.
