This role involves diagnosing issues using technical resources, performing necessary repairs, managing maintenance documentation, and coordinating with business partners to support operational needs. The position requires adherence to regulatory standards and company policies while promoting continuous improvement and collaboration. The technician contributes to maintaining high-quality automation systems through effective problem-solving, timely response to maintenance needs, and supporting a culture of integrity and accountability.

The Facilities Services Automation Maintenance Team is dedicated to maintaining, repairing, and servicing automation systems to support store operations and enhance customer value. The team follows preventive maintenance schedules, performs equipment diagnostics and repairs, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborating closely with business partners, the team manages work orders, monitors progress, and implements improvements. Members apply technical skills in electrical diagnostics and equipment repair while fostering a professional environment focused on reliability, efficiency, and continuous development to meet evolving operational needs.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
