Our team is seeking a resourceful and highly capable digital asset operations and automation specialist to execute and scale digital asset operations within our Orange Logic digital asset management (DAM) platform. This role supports content across brand, mass campaign, design, and global studio programs, spanning North America, Europe, and expanding international locales. In this role, you will own the hands-on operational work of the DAM: onboarding large asset volumes, applying and correcting metadata at scale, restructuring library and folder architecture, and converting recurring manual work into repeatable, automated solutions.
This is a hands-in-the-tool role. You will work inside Orange Logic daily, executing high-volume asset operations and platform configuration across content programs and regions at varying levels of maturity. You will partner with DAM roles across taxonomy and metadata, workflow, and integrations to scale execution across the platform, helping shape standards and workflow design through hands-on execution and turning them into repeatable operations. You will frequently work without a complete specification, and will help define the operational patterns these programs adopt as they scale.
To be successful in this role, you should bring strong digital asset management and library expertise combined with an instinct for scale and automation. This is not a traditional archive or library-custodian role. The DAM operates as a content supply chain that serves assets outward, and this role exists to make that operation scale. You will be comfortable working from reports, exports, and large data sets to plan and validate work rather than reviewing assets record by record, and curious about AI as a working tool, both to accelerate your own output and to apply the platform's AI capabilities at scale. A significant part of this role is replacing investigative, one-off asset handling with deliberate, documented process, so that manual effort becomes a decision rather than a default. You should be pragmatic and adaptable, able to make progress in ambiguous conditions across multiple content domains and regions, and inclined to identify and propose solutions rather than wait for direction. A bias toward eliminating manual effort, rather than absorbing it, is essential to this role.
Asset Operations & Remediation at Scale
· Execute high-volume asset operations within Orange Logic, including bulk metadata application and correction, batch asset movement, and large-scale library remediation.
· Use reports, exports, and facet analysis to scope, segment, and validate work before execution, prioritizing by volume and downstream impact.
· Remediate legacy and backlog asset sets against current metadata standards, establishing a repeatable method for each category of work rather than resolving assets individually or through one-off research.
· Execute metadata loads and bulk imports for asset onboarding and vendor deliveries, resolving unmatched records and mapping failures.
Automation & Scalable Execution
· Identify recurring manual processes and convert them into repeatable solutions using templates, bulk actions, saved reports, and platform automation, measuring the manual effort reduced.
· Build and configure automation within Orange Logic, partnering with the workflow and integrations function to make mature solutions permanent.
· Operate and validate AI-assisted platform capabilities (metadata generation, tagging, content analysis) at volume, assessing output quality and documenting gaps to inform platform and vendor priorities.
· Use AI tools to accelerate your own work, building lightweight solutions, scripts, and reporting that would otherwise require dedicated development support.
Library Structure, Configuration & Documentation
· Execute folder, collection, and taxonomy restructuring, including consolidation and cleanup following structural changes, validating that asset integrity, access, and permissions are preserved.
· Configure and maintain platform elements supporting daily operations, including saved searches, reports, upload forms, and asset presentation.
· Document operational procedures, bulk operation methods, and platform configurations so that work is repeatable by others, capturing institutional knowledge as documented process rather than individual expertise.
· Participate in vendor-led expert services sessions to build platform capability, documenting resulting solutions so they can be maintained in-house.
· Minimum 4 years of experience in digital asset management, digital asset operations, or content operations within an enterprise DAM environment.
· Hands-on configuration and administration experience in an enterprise DAM platform (Orange Logic strongly preferred), including bulk operations across large asset sets: mass metadata edits, batch moves, and batch permission or access changes.
· Demonstrated experience reducing or eliminating a recurring manual process, with measurable results in hours, asset volume, or cycle time.
· Proven proficiency working from reports and CSV exports at volume (thousands of records) to scope, execute, and verify asset operations.
· Experience applying metadata schemas, taxonomies, and naming conventions across large and inconsistent asset sets.
· Experience with high-volume asset ingestion, including data mapping, match logic, and resolution of ingestion errors.
· Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new platforms quickly, adopt emerging capabilities including AI-assisted tooling, troubleshoot independently, and drive work to completion with minimal oversight.
· Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
· Experience with additional enterprise DAM or MAM platforms (Tenovos, Nuxeo, Bynder, Widen, Adobe AEM) demonstrating breadth of platform expertise.
· Experience applying AI-assisted capabilities within a DAM or content platform (automated tagging, metadata generation, content analysis), including evaluating output quality across large asset sets.
· Experience building lightweight automation, scripting, or prototypes to support asset operations (advanced Excel, Python, JavaScript, REST APIs), including use of AI tools to build working solutions without formal development training.
· Familiarity with creative and design tooling and file formats (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Frame.io) and how design assets are produced and consumed.
· Experience working within project management and collaboration platforms (Smartsheet, Box, Asana) and their relationship to asset workflows.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00/hr.
