POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Asset Management Specialist's main responsibility is on Project Management and will be involved with Global Stakholders (IBS - IMS, Group Marketing, Content Hub Champions) regarding globally-led projects and initiatives, Tool Testing and Tool Improvement Roll-out and act as the main support of Content Analytics Specialist. The role will also be comprised of Subject Matter Experts in DAM at the same time are OICs when immediate supervisor is on leave. Will be responsible on coordinating people and processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results includes but not limited to Content Hub Enhancement Requirements for Upgrades, Content Management improvement on Ways of Working. Oversees requirement of markets per Zone handled by the Content Management Team and align with immediate supervisor. Align dashboard reporting requirement of markets by continuously working closely with Content Management Team on tagged assets to secure team alignment on KPIs. Go-to person for everything involving Globally led projects' by the organization and timeline.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Responsible for reviewing, modifying and recommending business requirements applied to company databases particular to content assets and system applications. This role works closely with the technical team to communicate the business need, assist in the test of the solution, record and track technical issues, and implement any needed changes to requirement documentation. Gathers data on what business requirements should be included and must thoroughly understand their markets' businesses and the issues and challenges facing the industry and organization. In addition, must pinpoint ways the service line can leverage its strengths and improve its weaknesses through various business processes.
  • Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the business artifacts as needed including, but not limited to Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs and workflows.

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Familiar with Branding and Marketing communication (work-related or academic)
  • Working with high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks
  • Working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting
  • Familiar with Digital Asset Management tools
  • 3-5 years Project Management related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Knowledge in Agile methodology in Project management.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, MS Excel, and Team Foundation Server.
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Enterprise-wide knowledge on requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders (IBS - IMS, Group Marketing, Market, Zone, GBU and SBU stakeholders)
