Job Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling 2D artwork including characters design, environments, UI elements, and props.

  • Ability to independently complete 3D modeling, rendering, layout compositing, and animation tasks.

  • Model, texture, and render 3D assets (stylized or realistic) based on creative briefs or concept ideas.

  • Create 2D/3D animations based on creative briefs or storyboards

  • Translate storyboards or visual directions into finished, animation-ready assets.

  • Collaborate closely with animators and creative directors to ensure assets are aligned with animation needs and technical specifications.

  • Participate in creative reviews and contribute ideas on visual development and storytelling.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • 5 years of professional experience as a 2D/3D artist in animation, gaming, motion graphics, advertising, or related creative industries.

  • Strong portfolio showing both 2D illustration/design and 3D modeling/texturing.

  • Proficiency in tools such as: 2D: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

  • Advanced 3D software proficiency: After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, ZBrush, (Bonus: Unreal Engine.) & etc.

  • Basic to intermediate skills in digital painting (e.g., Photoshop, Substance Painter).

  • Solid understanding of UV mapping, texturing, and PBR workflows.

  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, color, composition, form, and character design.

Other Prerequisites

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while taking creative feedback constructively.

  • Familiarity with organizing assets for efficient pipeline use (naming, grouping, layering, export formats).

  • Strong attention to detail and a good eye for form, proportion, and surface detail.

  • Willingness to learn new software and adapt to evolving pipelines.
