Responsibilities

• Perform digital assembly planning and validation for new vehicle programs during early design phases.
• Develop and maintain assembly sequences, work plans, and process structures in Teamcenter.
• Utilize Teamcenter VisMockup for:

Digital mockup (DMU) analysis

Assembly feasibility checks

Clash detection and kinematic validation

• Customize and enhance Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC):
• Develop UI configurations, commands, and workflows
• Implement business logic using ITK/SOA/Active Workspace framework
• Integrate product (EBOM) and process (MBOM/BOP) structures for seamless digital manufacturing workflows.
• Support Design for Assembly (DFA) / Production-Oriented Design (PoD) by identifying manufacturability issues early.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Manufacturing, PLM, and Plant Engineering).
• Drive process standardization and automation within Teamcenter environment.
