JOB PURPOSE
The Digital Applications Product Manager is accountable for the vision, strategy, governance, and business performance of the Digital Retail Applications portfolio. The role leads the Digital Applications Product team and drives the evolution of solutions supporting Clienteling, Retail Operations, Omnichannel Services, Event Management, Repair, MTM/MTO and future retail innovation initiatives across all brands and regions. Acting as a strategic partner to Business, Digital and IT leadership, the role ensures that product investments deliver measurable business value, operational efficiency and a consistent omnichannel customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Minimum 8 years of experience in retail/ clienteling/ digital product management.
Strong understanding of clienteling workflows and user experiences in luxury industry.
Solid background, with digital App: design and backend integration patterns.
Strong analytical mindset with experience working with digital KPIs and business performance analysis.
Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira).
Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Adobe, etc.).
Very good usage of AGILE and Waterfall operating model and project management and familiarity with SCRUM, Agile or Design Sprint methodologies.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Ability to maintain positive and healthy relationships with all project team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
English B2 or above, both written and spoken.
