Organization:

SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-ValleyServes as the primary development contact in assisting in the development and appropriate technical support for their assigned applications. Responsible for developing and maintaining their assigned application areas.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

• 1 year recent relevant experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Pro WFM
• Strong experience supporting timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll processes
• Experience configuring pay rules, schedules, accruals, and labor rules
• Experience in heavy union populations analyzing and building pay rules based on collective bargaining agreements
• Scheduling in both acute and non-acute areas
• Knowledge of workforce management best practices and payroll compliance concepts
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range is $94,848.00 to $142,272.00 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
